Description: Join GAVA for a training with Ungchi Stella Kim, Community Department Recovery Manager, Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS). Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) works with many volunteer organizations and understands their integral role in Georgia's response and recovery efforts. This presentation introduces our partnership with GA Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (GA VOAD) and their executive leadership board. We hope to provide helpful examples of our partnership in action, as well as share how our partnership has strengthened over the years.
