Using John Maxwell’s book “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect” she'll lay out a powerful learning system split into two parts: Connecting Principles and Connecting Practices. When integrated and applied, these lessons will help redefine and reinvent your personal, professional, and family relationships.
Carolyn has recently retired from Delta Air Lines after 23 years of servant leadership. While at Delta she used her skillset to help implement process improvements and new technology globally using her Six Sigma Black Belt training. She is a dynamic leader who has a many talents in her portfolio. Since retiring she has become a certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker and Professional Coach.
